Most engagements are project-led. The quote you get is shaped by three things: which modules you need help with, where you are already strong, and the cadence the work needs. The below numbers are indicative.
01 · Focus
One module, fixed properly.
£25k–£45k
6–10 weeks1 module
Indicative. Tailored quote within 2 working days.
You know which layer is breaking — pricing, licensing, packaging, distribution — and you want it fixed properly. We go deep on one module, work directly with your team, and you walk away with the framework and the deliverables that your team can run with after.
"We need to fix our [pricing / licensing / …] and stop selling at suboptimal points."
02 · Build
Multi-module, end to end.
£50k–£95k
3–5 months2–4 modules
Indicative. Tailored quote within 2 working days.
You are standing up a commercial layer, repositioning, relaunching — or refactoring previous frameworks where operational debt is blocking new work from landing. Multiple modules in sequence, shipping live changes. Enough room to do real work, finite enough to land it.
"We are going to market with this in Q3 and the operating piece is not there yet."
03 · Transform
A new operating model.
£100k–£180k+
6+ months5–6 modules
Indicative. Tailored quote within 2 working days.
You are building or rebuilding how the data business runs end-to-end. All six modules, leadership-aligned, governance and quarterly reviews built in. Typical when investor readiness, a major repositioning, or an organisational reset is on the table.
"The business model itself needs to change before we scale."
Hourly
£300 / hour
For specific moments — MSA redline, deal support, pricing call, board prep — when you need senior input fast and a project is overkill.
How it works
The three pillars below are what go into building every quote. You will then find below how invoicing is structured.
01 · Modules
What needs work
One focused workstream, or several modules in flight together, with the relevant sequencing.
02 · Maturity
Where you start
A clean sheet, a partial framework already in place, refining what works, or refactoring what does not work.
03 · Day count
What it will take
How many days the work realistically needs to land and be implemented properly.
Most engagements run as a weekly retainer — typically two days a week reserved for your project, and related meetings. The calendar follows from the day count, not the other way round.
Invoicing
Multi-monthBilled monthly in equal installments, in arrears. No upfront lump sum.
Focus projectsTypically split 50% on kick-off, 50% on delivery.
